How we began
After a successful corporate career in London, International English founder Samuel Allardyce shifted to frontline humanitarian work on the Greek island of Chios in 2020. There he taught English to refugees and supported outreach and infrastructure projects with NGO Offene Arme.Inspired by this experience, he moved to Poland, funding an International Relations degree by teaching Business English.Working with professionals from NATO, OSW and international law while studying geopolitics and cross-cultural communication revealed a clear niche - delivering expert, bespoke language training as an English Communication Specialist for those who need to communicate globally and connect locally.
What we offer
We provide bespoke, tailor-made English lessons for professionals in diplomacy, international organisations and cross-cultural business. Lessons are typically delivered online, with face-to-face sessions available where possible.Training is led by the founder or a member of our specialist team, all of whom bring either direct experience in international settings or academic backgrounds in political science, international relations or cross-cultural communication. Our unique approach combines language development with real-world context, ensuring every lesson is practical, relevant and designed around your exact needs.
